On Saturday 20th February 2016 a group of enthusiastic UFRC Members and Volunteer Rangers attended a 1 day Rescue & Emergency Care (REC) course in Antrim Castle Gardens.

This 1 day course trained attendees in Emergency Life Support which equipped them with the vital skills needed to ensure safe walks when out with their groups.
