UFRC Survey- £100 Cotswold Voucher for Clubs

Posted on June 7th, 2017 · Posted in Newsletters

Dear Club Secretaries,

June marks that time of year again where we are asking for some information from our clubs to report some stats to our funders for the joint project between Walking In Your Community and Ulster Federation of Rambling Clubs (UFRC).

Please could you take some time to complete the attached survey giving us as much feedback as possible to help show funders (Sport NI) what has been achieved throughout the year within clubs. This survey is to record April- June. All information is treated confidentially and will not be passed onto anyone outside of reports to funders.

A reminder that clubs who complete the survey will be given a £100 voucher to spend in Cotswold Outdoor along with the club discount. UFRC are pleased to offer clubs the chance to get equipment for their clubs. This year we have a limit of 20 vouchers for the year, plus the voucher will only be allocated to clubs that have new members listed on the survey. If for example one quarter there are no new members then the club will not receive a voucher for that quarter. This is to ensure all clubs get the chance to earn a voucher.

Completed surveys are due before 5pm on Tuesday 27th June 2017 and can be downloaded via the link below. Your clubs completed survey should then be emailed to .

We hope you find the above information useful and pass it onto your club members. If you require any further information or would like to sign up to any of the training courses please contact a member of the WIYC/ UFRC participation team by sending an email to or phoning .
