UFRC are currently looking at a new website proposal. Key to this will be the idea that the information on this platform is to attract new members into your clubs. As such the website will be focused on content around the clubs and their activities. The best way of doing this is with some great photo content. So its over to you and the members – we need some great new photos to sell the Federation and its clubs.
Competition Categories
Header image – this is the background for the website, the first thing people see when they come onto it.
Walking areas – as a new means of attracting members we will be adding a filter by walking areas (clubs can walk in multiple). The initial areas identified are below:
- Antrim Hills & Causeway Coast
- Belfast and Lagan Valley
- Cuilcagh Lakelands [New name of the Marble Arch Caves Geopark]
- Donegal and Lough Foyle
- Mournes
- Ring of Gullion & Cooley Peninsula
- Sperrins
- Strangford & Lecale
So what makes for a good photo? A snapshot of the club in action – walking in the landscape, sitting down to lunch. Please ensure if you have any people in the photograph that can be identified you have their permission for the use. This is to comply with GDPR
