REC (Rescue & Emergency Care) 1 Day Course.

The the ideal course for those looking to achieve their first aid certificate for the first time or those looking to renew their current certificate.

  • Introduction to first aid
  • DRABCDE
  • Safe Airway Position
  • Choking
  • Anaphyalxis
  • Hygiene
  • Bleeding
  • CPR
  • Contents of a first aid kid
