On Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th June UFRC hosted a Rescue & Emergency Care Level 2 (2 day course) in Oxford Island Discovery Centre, Co. Armagh.

This extremely practical two day course (16 hours) is designed to introduce a systematic way of first aid for managing casualties. Topic learning and practicals were intermixed with scenarios of real situations in the outdoors throughout.

The Qualification: The Rescue & Emergency Care first aid course is certified for three years and it is the approved course for RYA, BCU, MLTB.
