Saturday 15th October 2016 Hosted by Antrim Rambling Club.
The Glens of Antrim Rambling Club are hosting this year’s AGM and it will take place at the Corrymeela near Ballycastle.

We would welcome clubs to encourage their members to attend the AGM and after lunch join us for a lovely walk along the coast.
The meeting will start at 10.00am with tea and coffee and finish with a buffet lunch at around 1.00pm. We will send out an agenda shortly when we have finalised arrangements but we are planning to include a guest speaker on a topic related to access to the countryside.
After lunch there will be one or more walks organised by the club in the very beautiful Murlough Bay/Fair Head area.
The AGM as always will be voting on office bearers and committee members for the coming year 2016/17. New nominations will be warmly welcomed to ensure that UFRC has a wide representation from our membership. Please click here for the Nomination Form.
The main objective of the Committee is to service and support the clubs that we all represent. We also consider matters related to countryside access, liaising with statutory agencies and local councils where necessary. Professional backgrounds are always put to good use. However, the most important qualities are energy, a little spare time, and a desire to develop and give something back to the activity that we all greatly enjoy.
Nomination forms are attached to this email. Ideally, nominations should be with the Executive two weeks before the AGM. Please note that as in previous years, nominations cannot be taken from the floor during the AGM.
We look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be an informative and enjoyable day.
