Enjoy a welcome and a walk with Mourne Ramblers in the beautiful Mourne Mountains.

The ideal walk for those who cannot make it to the official UFRC Open Weekend, Mourne Ramblers are inviting 12 guests to join them for a Welcome Walk on Sunday 7th October 2018.
Enjoy a 9km walk through the beautiful Mourne Mountains. The walk will take place on wet ground which can be wet/ muddy and is most suited to active mountain walkers and those with limited hill walking experience with a good level of fitness.
What to wear:
Warm clothes, Hill walking boots (not trainers), waterproofs, backpack with packed lunch water or flask for tea or coffee.
Suitability:
Anyone over 18 is welcome. The group welcome active mountain walkers and those with limited hill walking experience. People with no hill walking experience are welcome to come and try the taster walk. However, walkers must be fit enough to walk in the hills and not just on the flat.
